
How does your service get paid? Why is there no cost to me?
We are 100% Client Company funded. Companies pay a subscription fee for the right to use our services. They can then hire as many people as they’d like to from our services without paying any additional expenses or fees. There is no cost or obligation to the job seeker whatsoever. There is everything to gain, and nothing to lose by using our services to assist in your job search.
Where does my profile go? What happens next?
Once complete, your profile is confidentially provided to our client companies that could have opportunities applicable and potentially of interest to you. Once received, our clients will review your background and what you’re seeking. They will then contact you directly to discuss opportunities which they feel would be of interest to you. It will then be 100% up to you to determine which opportunities you wish to pursue.
How can I be assured that my current employer or other companies I do not wish to receive my information will not receive it? How do I guarantee my confidentiality?
We ask you to let us know the names of companies that you would not want your information to be shared with. We honor this request.
Can you tell me the names of the companies you’ll be sending my profile too?
No, we keep client company information confidential, just like we keep job seeker information confidential. However, we will honor any requests you make regarding any companies that you do not wish to have your information shared with. Therefore, all you need to do is tell us.
Can I call back and check on which companies will contact me?
We have no way of telling you which client companies will be contacting you. They do not notify us ahead of time as to whom they will be contacting and what positions they’ll be discussing. However, again, you are welcome to pursue whichever companies and positions you are interested in, and not pursue any situation that you are not interested in.

If I want to make changes to my profile in the future, how do I do that?
You are able to make any changes to your profile by accessing it yourself on our web site using the pass code and web user ID that was/will be sent to you via email. Once you have completed your changes, choose “submit” and the changes will be effective immediately.
For what time period are client companies able to access my profile?
First of all, your profile is not found anywhere on the Internet. It is stored in a Microsoft Access Database in our office. Once completed, your profile is shared with applicable client companies one time. If you amend your profile, the amended profile is shared with applicable client companies one time as well. When a new client company joins our service, if applicable, we will provide them with your profile for up to a four-month period. You are able to delete your profile from our system whenever you desire

When one of your client companies calls, how will I know they got my information from your organization?
Our client companies should identify where they got your information from and why they are calling. If they do not do so initially, please feel free to ask them.
Am I employed by you?
No, our company does not employ you. We simply help job seekers to find excellent jobs / career opportunities, and help companies to hire talented health care professionals.
What types of employment do your clients offer?
All kinds, including but not limited to full time permanent, temporary to permanent, part-time permanent, temporary, per diem, contract, and travel options.
Will I be contacted by recruiting firms?
This is 100% up to you. Our clients include direct health care providers, staffing companies, travel companies, and recruiting firms. If you do not wish to be contacted by recruiting firms, you may indicate this. However, recruiting firms can have a very positive impact on your job search, so we’d suggest that you have an open mind about working with them.
Do you allow new graduates to utilize your services?
Yes!
Do you allow H1B Visas holders, workers seeking Green Cards, etc… to utilize your services?
Yes! We allow job seekers currently based in the United States or Canada to utilize our services, regardless of immigration status.
How long have these services been offered?
Services started in 1996 and have expanded over the years.
